The first art magazine was founded in 1925 with the main title of Apollo. This magazine is one of the most renowned and still running art theme magazine in the world. Not only does Apollo cover various artworks, they also cover antiquities and the latest developments in the world of art. 


Another well known art magazine is called ArtNexuz. Unlike most art magazines, this magazine focuses explicitly on Latin American art. Published in 1976, this magazine had become a good source of reference for art scholars and the American art market.
